Yes! My Plate is free to download. Basic features are available for free. For full access to AI scanning, advanced macro tracking, personalized goals, and detailed reports, you can subscribe to our Weekly ($6.99/week) or Annual ($39.99/year) plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find My Plate and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

How accurate are the calorie estimates?

Our AI provides estimates based on visual analysis and a large nutritional database. Accuracy depends on photo quality and portion visibility. For precise tracking (e.g., for medical purposes), we recommend confirming values with official nutritional labels. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical dietary needs.

Can I use the app without a subscription?

Yes, you can download and use My Plate for free. The free version includes basic food logging and calorie tracking. A subscription unlocks full AI scanning power, detailed macro breakdowns, personalized diet plans, and advanced progress reports.

How do I delete my account and data?

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@myplate.site with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app, then check that you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try updating the app to the latest version from the App Store, or restart your device.
